1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by Panama Sunshine Tours , operated by Panama Sunshine Tours, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as with the applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Panama. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use our services.
2. Reservations and Payments
- To confirm any reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package value is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the service . For bookings made within this period, full payment will be required at the time of confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon directly with our team.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit made.
- No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date .
- In cases of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, health situations, or other events beyond our control), alternatives for rescheduling or reprogramming services will be evaluated.
4. Itinerary Modifications
Panama Sunshine Tours reserves the right to modify, adjust, or substitute activities or accommodations included in the tour packages due to operational, weather, or safety conditions. Any significant change will be communicated to the client as soon as possible
5. Responsibilities
- Panama Sunshine Tours acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism service providers (hotels, airlines, local guides, etc.). Therefore, our responsibility is limited to the overall organization of the package and does not cover errors or failures from third parties.
- We are not responsible for losses, injuries, expenses, deaths, or damages that may occur during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of our agency.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property
